Kalguksu (Korean knife-cut noodle soup) is a light, refreshing and comforting noodle soup. It will warm your heart, mind and soul! The soup is simmered for many hours with Korean Herbs, clams and Pork Belly.


Kalguksu (Korean knife cut noodle soup, 칼국수) is one of Korean's favourite  noodle soups. Unlike Jjampong / Jjamppong (짬뽕, Korean spicy seafood noodle soup), our version of Kalguksu noodles soup is not spicy but refreshing and nourishing, and contains NO preservatives. Go ahead and slurp every drop of the soup clean!


One of the highlights of this noodle soup is the handmade knife cut noodles. These classical Korean noodles  are thin flat shapes and have a bouncy texture.


Heating instructions:

1. Defrost the entire bag in hot water for 10 mins.

2. Pour out the contents and continue boiling for 5 - 8 mins

3. Serve and enjoy!
