Homemade White Kimchi

Our Homemade White Kimchi (백김치 Baek Kimchi) in a delightful 500g jar. A type of kimchi that stands out for its unique preparation and distinct flavor. Unlike the more commonly known red kimchi, which is typically made with gochugaru (red chili pepper flakes), this is characterized by its absence of red pepper. In every jar, you'll find a flavor carefully composed – pickled cabbage, radish, water, onion, pear, garlic, carrot, salt, glucose, ginger, white sugar, plum juice, malic acid, citric acid, vitamin C, and just the right touch of shredded chili. (1) We only deliver on Mondays to Saturdays. There will be no deliveries on Sunday and Public Holidays.

(2) Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next day (except Sunday and Public Holiday) between 10AM – 2PM or 3PM – 7PM.

(3) Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the following working day between 10AM – 2PM (inclusive of Saturday) or 3PM – 7PM.

(4) Under "Remark to Seller", input your desired delivery date and other specific requests. We will do our best to meet them!

(5) For any questions, please feel free to chat with us.

(6) For urgent deliveries, please contact us via Chat and we will try out best to accommodate.

(7) Please be at home and ready to collect your products. Our friendly delivery agents will contact you to arrange for items to be placed outside your house should you be unavailable.

(8) Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds/returns are strictly not provided after collection/delivery.
